What are the side effects of Onsior in dogs and cats? Like all medications, Onsior can have side effects. These are generally rare when the drug is used properly. Gut upset: Some cats and dogs may have a gut upset. Signs include vomiting and/or diarrhoea. This happens to more than 10% of dogs and 1-10% of cats treated with Onsior.
